An unholy alliance of misogynists, theocrats, political power-seekers and grifters...in other words, American conservatives. Then groom some good-hearted people to be their shock troops.

If they actually reduced the number of abortions it would limit the emotional power they could bring to bear, so lots of talk but keep numbers up high enough to keep the money nd voter taps open.

To hell with life, it's about raising money and winning elections so they can reward their friends. Logic never comes into the picture.
