I didn't mean the entire status quo, of course. Just issues around misogyny. Of course trying to overthrow everything at once makes no sense.
It's everyone's right to choose whatever set of beliefs they want to follow. I'm certainly not going to stand in your way there....

American society revolves around the notion of female inferiority. Most perniciously, it's enshrined in the major religions. Politically it's all the rage, be it incels, Andrew Tate, or the more urbane Jordan Peterson. But that's not new, just the right wing giving permission for awful people to say it loud and proud.
Are women blameless? On one hand, no. For instance, some men feel like they are manipulative, such as using sex as a weapon. On the other, they've had to use the tools available to them to survive for a long time. In a conflict between oppressors and the oppressed, it's the former's job to rectify the situation.
So in the same way it's up to white people to solve racism, it's up to men to solve misogyny. But the level of pushback is appalling.
