I think men in general are scared of women, in particular of their sexuality.

And yes, as men currently define ourselves, we do need women more than they need us. I’m not sure it has to be that way, other than the arena of reproduction where we obviously do need them more.

The hard part may be everybody having the courage to form partnerships rather than hierarchies, which unfortunately is a female concept in our society.
