Logically speaking, this is null and void. Unless the arrangements are literally impossible, they could have evolved into what we see today.
Part of the flaw is what my father used to call the "everything was meant to be this way." Things are as they are because that's what worked out. If it had gone differently, some other species on our planet or another would be assuming there's a creator because of how they turned out.
As for getting diverse elements to work together, that's the essence of evolution: when the system gets out of balance, it shifts and balance is restored. In this case, I think the data is against a creator. The natural world is a mess. Why has God created insect larvae that invade a host and eat it from the inside out, saving the vital organs for last to keep the host alive as long as possible? An all-powerful creator decided - intentionally - to create that. Given a choice between cruel and kind, God chose the former.
I'm not saying there isn't a God, only that the evidence isn't evidence, and perhaps is more persuasive the opposite direction.
