Most of these I agree with, but not this.

Sex is the distinguishing characteristic of a marriage. We have people in our lives we love but don't have sex with, and that's family. We have people in our lives we like but don't have sex with, and that's friends. We have people in our lives we live with but don't have sex with, and that's roommates.

However...

This is one of those many things you need to talk over at the beginning. If sex issues would be a dealbreaker, then break the deal before it's made.
