One last point I overlooked: in general it's best not to include statements like "how not lonely my life is." This can come off as overcompensation (by which I mean "boasting untruthfully to disguise a lack of partners").

I'm sure your love life is fascinating to you, but in general other people aren't particularly interested. If the speaker presents as repulsive, readers may even feel an unwanted sympathy for those who make your life - in fact or in your imagination - "not lonely."
