One reason the right wins is because they have no doubt or self-reflection. Meanwhile, the left has to constantly agonize and squabble over its (real or perceived) flaws. Worst, they always believe what the right says or at least take it seriously. But given that the right doesn't make intellectually honest arguments, it's futile...but they keep doing it anyway.

Argument is easier without a conscience, but it's annoying.
