Religion is the ultimate, archetypical example of division and identitarianism - the other guy is literally wicked and going to hell. Once you used the word "bible" I was no longer able to concentrate on what I'd just read...

But a question - what is "common humanity"? Your first problem is, it’s something only liberals believe in. Libertarianism is "screw everybody but me and mine." Conservatism is "screw everybody but me and my tribe." But liberals care too much - they get so caught up in common humanity they start dividing in order to figure out who needs the most help.

So it’s weird that you focus so much on bashing lefty stuff like anti-racism. The right portion of the spectrum is pretty much proud of not giving a damn about people, and don’t even see racism as a problem in the first place. Capitalism is the ultimate dehumanizer - caring about others cuts into profits. Your only natural constituency on this issue is not just the left, but the far left. If you want to carry the flag for common humanity, you need to go see Bernie Sanders.
