Spoken like someone who doesn't like government.
I'm always curious what people mean by "force." Often people who make this case appear to misunderstand government. Democracy isn't force, it's making your case and accepting the results.
For example, Libertarians love to talk about taxes as "made at gunpoint." But that's nonsense. They're a group decision on the admission fee for a functioning society. If your side lost and you have to pay for things you don't want, that's just how it goes.
