How is it inspiring to read about people who ignore their families and their health to work 80 hour weeks for not enough money to pay back their student loans?

Forget finding enough excellent teachers to staff our schools. With the way the profession is derided and underpaid, it’s hard to find enough teachers at all, full stop.
