The only problem being that humans don't like a free marketplace of ideas. You're battling psychology. Conservatism is autocratic and repressive of free thought to its bones, there is no saving it. Liberals are actually too tolerant of ideas, it's why they can't actually govern. If you've ever tried to organize liberals to do anything you know what I mean. Libertarians are no exception, they never want to hear anything they don't agree with. Whenever I point out that you can throw a whole pack of dogs through the holes in it and that collective action is at least sometimes necessary, they inevitably freak out.
