To call dishonesty on the right "rampant" is like calling the Pacific Ocean "damp."

Even without a nationwide ban, the consequences of personhood are nuts. Here's a weird-but-not-outlandish one: what if some states declared any child conceived within their borders to be residents at the moment of conception? Got pregnant while on vacation in Florida? Too bad for you. Ever been to a red state? Prepare to have your medical records subpoenaed, just to be sure.

Anybody think they wouldn 't do something like that?
